Cementitious Fireproofing

Cementitious fire protection sprays are an easy to apply and extremely effective fireproofing solution for steel and concrete structures in high-risk environments. This coating consists of portland cement, which, when met, forms a durable surface with high fire resistance.

They are typically applied in industrial production sites, high-rise buildings, chemical, and oil and gas plants. Cementitious fire protection materials prevent steel or concrete beams from cracking and spalling in case of fire accidents.

SAPC India uses Cement Based Wet Mix Spray- Applied Fire Resistive Material to provide fire protection for structural steel where high levels of physical traffic occur. It is a portland cement-based formulation that provides the best protection, thus, improving the overall life shelf of your steel structures with better compressive strength.
